		<description>A very interesting article. but I have a question regarding reaction training and endurance training. I was set this in an assessment and wanted to know other views on this.&lt;br&gt;Is there a time when although you are training for reaction and speed (with a 2-3 minute recovery period) the session can actually become an endurance session.</description>
